Equipment We Test
Insulating Rubber Gloves
The most critical PPE for electrical work. We test all classes (00-4) using air inflation and high-voltage dielectric testing to detect any defects.
- All Classes (00-4): Every 6 months
- Before first use
- After any repairs or modifications
Insulating Rubber Sleeves
Essential for arm and shoulder protection when working near exposed conductors. Visual inspection and dielectric testing verify integrity.
- Every 12 months
- After any repairs
- When damage is suspected
Rubber Blankets
Provide insulating barriers over energized equipment. Our testing ensures blankets maintain their dielectric strength and flexibility.
- Every 12 months
- Before first use
- After suspected damage
Line Hose & Covers
Protect exposed conductors and equipment. ASTM F478 requires thorough visual inspections to confirm insulating properties continue to meet class ratings, with dielectric testing offered when additional assurance is desired.
- Visual inspection before each use (ASTM required)
- Annual documented inspection recommended for fleet programs
- Dielectric testing available after modifications or suspected damage

Regulatory Compliance
Stay Compliant with OSHA & ASTM Standards
OSHA 1910.137 and NFPA 70E require periodic electrical testing of rubber insulating equipment. Failure to maintain proper testing schedules can result in:
- OSHA citations and fines
- Worker injuries or fatalities
- Increased liability and insurance costs
- Work stoppages and lost productivity
We help you maintain compliance with complete documentation, accurate record-keeping, and timely reminder services.
